Job summary

M-Files Corporation is seeking a part-time Web Designer to manage the visual design, content production, and day-to-day maintenance of the M-Files website. You will build responsive WordPress pages, publish content, and maintain templates and components, reporting to the Web Manager.

You’ll collaborate with SEO, product marketing, localization, and development teams to optimize site performance, accessibility, and a consistent global user experience across languages.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining websites in WordPress or a comparable CMS.
• Proficiency with Figma and Sketch; Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with basic JavaScript knowledge a plus.
• Experience collaborating with SEO, content, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and lay out visually engaging, on-brand web pages that are intuitive and easy to navigate.
• Build and update WordPress pages using Beaver Builder and block-based tools.
• Publish, update, and format website content, including text, images, videos, and campaigns.
• Work closely with SEO and Product Marketing teams to update content, launch new pages, and support campaigns and product initiatives.
• Use WP Engine staging environments to develop, review, test, and deploy website updates.
• Ensure all pages follow M-Files brand guidelines for typography, color, imagery, and layout.
