Anew Transport is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Contract Vehicle Title and Registration Specialist to manage all aspects of vehicle titling and registration across multiple jurisdictions nationwide. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with state‑specific regulations and maintaining the integrity of our vehicle documentation process. The ideal candidate is self‑sufficient, reliable, and professional, with the ability and willingness to travel extensively—up to five days per week, with limited downtime between assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the processing of vehicle title and registration paperwork at various Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) offices nationwide.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely handling of all title and registration documents in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Maintain meticulous and traceable documentation for all transactions, ensuring that each document remains unchanged from its original state from creation to archiving, with any alteration—intentional or accidental—being clearly detectable.
• Document and report all interactions with DMV personnel and other regulatory officials.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with internal teams regarding title and registration progress, challenges, and resolution strategies.
• Represent Anew Transport with a high level of courtesy and integrity when dealing with DMV officials, inspection stations, and other external partners.
