Job summary

Zymo Research Corporation is seeking a thoughtful and strategic UX/UI Designer on a contract basis (6 months to 1 year) to shape how users engage with our digital platforms. You’ll craft intuitive user journeys, informed by research, data and business priorities, impacting adoption, satisfaction and brand globally.

Work with Marketing, Web and Commercial teams to translate objectives into polished design solutions, maintain the design system in Figma, and drive end‑to‑end problem solving with

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in UX/UI or digital product design.
• Proficiency in Figma with components, variants and prototyping.
• Strong layout, typography, interaction and responsive design skills.
• Able to synthesize feedback and data into design improvements.
• Excellent communication and organization; manage competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for designer/developer collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing and commercial strategies into clear user journeys and design concepts.
• Design responsive pages, layouts and components with emphasis on hierarchy and accessibility.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Maintain and evolve the style guide and component library in Figma.
• Collaborate with marketers, developers and content owners to deliver user‑centered experiences.
• Monitor engagement and usability metrics to improve designs and workflows.
