Job summary

Chief of Staff KC partners with a well-established Kansas City company to fill multiple temporary transportation support roles for peak season. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and enjoys variety in day-to-day work.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch. Comfort with Excel and MS 365, plus organizational prowess, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze data and report KPI results.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining OS&D reports and KPI reporting.
• Supporting FA&P through POD and accessorial audits.
• Working with carriers to resolve missing documentation and support dispute resolution.
• Managing preset appointment scheduling.
• Reviewing and auditing accessorial rate requests against contracted rates.
• Collaborating across internal and external teams to improve processes.
• Taking on special projects as needed.

• Working with carriers to resolve missing documentation and support dispute resolution
• Managing preset appointment scheduling
• Reviewing and auditing accessorial rate requests against contracted rates
• Collaborating across internal and external teams to improve processes
• Taking on special projects as needed

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
