Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, required.
5+ years of technical sourcing experience supporting technology hiring, required.
Experience working in a fast-paced, financial, fintech, or technical environment, required.
Experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions across software engineering and cybersecurity, required.
Experience using AI to improve recruiting efficiency, strongly preferred.
Ability to work onsite or relocate for potential permanent conversion, highly preferred.
Must be based on the East Coast, with Florida preferred.
