Job summary

Montgomery Counseling Group in Charlotte, NC seeks licensed contract therapists to join our growing private practice. You’ll build your own caseload with referrals and receive administrative support, supervision if desired, and a collaborative team culture.

This hybrid/remote role offers flexibility to conduct sessions in-office or remotely, with a centrally located office for in-person visits when desired. Licensure in NC (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required or eligible for supervision.

Qualifications

• Current NC licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate licensure with supervision.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Trauma therapy, couples/family therapy, or group therapy.
• Mindfulness-based approaches; Spanish language proficiency encouraged.

Role Description

Contract Therapist Position – Hybrid/Remote flexibility in Charlotte, NC

We’re seeking licensed therapists in Charlotte to join our growing practice on a contract basis. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own caseload while benefiting from our established referral network, administrative support, clinical supervision if desired, and a collaborative team culture.

What you’ll do:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families based on your clinical interests
• Manage your own schedule with flexibility for remote and in-office sessions
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues for consultation and peer support
