Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a Contract Testing Psychologist to perform intake interviews and comprehensive psychological assessments for diverse age groups, leveraging telehealth and in-person delivery as appropriate.

The role requires a Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD), licensure in at least one state, and 3+ years of assessment experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries.
• Collaborate and review work with psychometrists and psychometrist assistants, overseeing test administration, scoring, and ensuring quality control.
• Deliver compassionate feedback through feedback videos and live sessions to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Maintain a detail-oriented, process-focused approach to ensure the accuracy of testing data and comprehensive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration, scoring, and quality control.
• Deliver feedback via videos and live sessions to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions, virtually or in person as indicated.
