Your day to day as a Contract Testing Lab (CTL) Manager, Gene Therapies - REMOTE

As a Full-Time Contract Testing Lab (CTL) Manager for Gene Therapies at Beacon Therapeutics (USA) Inc, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating sample logistics for a range of materials associated with our innovative products, including the products themselves. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact to ensure that samples are tested in accordance with established timelines dictated by both internal and external guidelines and protocols. Additionally, you will manage the stability programs for our products, overseeing the generation of detailed protocols and comprehensive reports.

Your expertise will ensure the seamless execution of testing processes, contributing significantly to the integrity and efficacy of our groundbreaking gene therapies.

• Solid understanding of fundamentals of biotherapeutic analytical test methods (biochemical

• Data analysis: understanding of and experience with analytical test method data and the tools and approaches that are used to track, trend and evaluate these
• Excellent technical writing skills, effective verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Project Management: ability to construct a plan, set interim milestones, and enable clear tracking of, and reporting on, progress vs plan
