Boeing in Seattle is seeking a contract test engineer to develop and document standardized test methods, lead test procedure development, and design calibration fixtures for AEW&C ground and flight testing.

You will train others, oversee data processing and delivery of calibrated test data to customers; this role is through a Boeing-approved 3rd party and offers optional medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.

• Ability to lead test procedure development and apply lessons learned.

• Develops and documents standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity.
• Leads the development of test procedures and applies lessons learned to improve them.
• Designs calibration system/test fixtures and develops data processing tools and calibration procedures.
• Guides others in test hardware/software design to meet requirements; oversees debriefing of the team.
• Analyzes, processes, formats data to customer requirements and approves data prior to delivery.
• Trains others and supports ground and flight testing on AEW&C aircraft.
