Job summary

Primary Talent Partners, LLC in Lafayette, CO seeks a Contract Technical Writer to support the CST Technical Communication team on a 6-month contract with potential extension. You will author and revise IFUs and eIFU content in structured XML (DITA-like), manage content through the CMS and QA publishing pipeline, and coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality to meet project timelines.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with structured authoring

Qualifications

• Structured authoring and CMS-based content management.
• Medical device IFU development in regulated environment.
• Quality system processes including change analysis and translation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Creates, develops, plans, writes, and edits procedures for various formats and media.
• Conducts interviews to gather data for documentation.
• Translates technical information into manuals and web-based documents.
• May document engineering processes and specifications.
• Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements.
• Produces content conforming to QA standards.
