Responsibilities

  • Actively source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn
  • Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Manage and track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in hiring for engineering roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing skills with an established network on LinkedIn
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for design, product, or go-to-market teams
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Ashby
