Qualifications

• You must be an experienced technical instructor, trainer, or teaching-focused engineer.
• You should be comfortable teaching API- and AI-product content to mixed technical audiences.
• You should have strong live facilitation and classroom management skills.
• You must be able to travel regularly for cohort weeks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live technical sessions, in person and hybrid, across assigned Basecamp paths
• Run hands-on labs and exercises; support learners through technical issues in the room
• Dry-run sessions with curriculum owners ahead of each cohort and iterate on delivery
• Collect and relay learner feedback and survey signal to program owners
• Support day-of cohort operations alongside the program team
• Travel to cohort sites as scheduled
