Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Tech Delivery Lead - Pathfinders to own the scope and success criteria for targeted Pathfinders, ensuring testing and risk reduction in cloud migration while aligning with CAPEX and the Single Data Ecosystem ambition. • Own the scope and success criteria for targeted Pathfinders, ensuring they test and reduce the key risks associated with cloud migration and adoption while aligning with approved CAPEX business requirements and the Single Data Ecosystem ambition.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the agreed Pathfinders, holding delivery teams to account for scope, milestones and measurable adoption outcomes in line with the CAPEX and Single Data Ecosystem roadmaps.
• Own integration of Pathfinder activity with the wider Single Data Ecosystem transformation, resolving cross-programme risks, assumptions and dependencies to protect delivery and enable evidence-based decisions on subsequent scale-up.
