Initially contract-based with a flexible timeline, this role emphasizes strategic sourcing, market research, and relationship-building to support Kinder's ambitious hiring plans

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates across multiple functions and levels.
• Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and modern sourcing techniques.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong internet research skills to uncover talent beyond traditional databases.
• Excellent written communication for compelling candidate outreach.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, persistence, creativity and genuine passion for talent discovery.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent across corporate, commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, and executive functions.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, referrals, networking, and industry associations.
• Create long-term talent communities to support current hiring priorities and future growth.
• Explore new sourcing techniques, AI-powered recruiting tools, and innovative methods to outpace competitors.
