Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Contract Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support the Supply Chain Operations Team. You will assist in meeting company objectives through warehouse and materials management, ensuring timely shipping, receiving and inventory processes with strong communication and organization.

This contract, first-shift role (Mon-Fri, 10:00 am–6:00 pm) pays $30–$40 per hour and is onsite.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office/G-Suite.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Owns loading dock safety and cleanliness, and uses hand/power tools safely.
• Operates material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Receives and verifies purchase orders; maintains stock levels.
• Performs cycle counts and audits; reports findings to QA/QC as needed.
• Maintains MSDS and adheres to safety policies.
