Your Role

As a Topic Editor for DynaMed, you will be the primary authority on your assigned content area. Your responsibilities include reviewing and enhancing existing content and guiding the development of new material by assessing clinical relevance, accuracy, and quality. This part-time, paid contract role offers remote work with less than 10% time commitment, providing flexibility to accommodate other priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate existing content for accuracy, relevance, and currency.
  • Provide clinical guidance on new content development, including scope and organization.
  • Contribute to diagnostic and management algorithms where applicable.
  • Outline the clinical landscape of your topics, including decision points, recent developments, and controversies.
Team Collaboration

You will work with a skilled team of writers, editors, and clinicians to create and improve high-quality clinical content in your specialty area.

Qualifications
  • MD, DO, or equivalent qualification.
  • Specialty board certification in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Psychiatry, or related fields.
  • More than 3 years of direct patient care experience managing adult patients with intellectual, developmental, or neurobehavioral conditions.
  • Active participation in clinical practice.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word (with review and track changes) and Excel.
Preferred Attributes
  • Strong expertise demonstrated through leadership, teaching, research, or publications.
  • Passion for evidence-based medicine.
  • Excellent critical thinking and collaborative skills.
Compensation

USD $110,150.00 - USD $157,355.00 per year.
