Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Contract Specialist - Procurement Support.
Minimum Education: Completion of an accredited 4-year bachelor’s degree with a major in any field. 24 semester hours in Business in any combination of the following disciplines: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. A bachelor’s degree in any of these meets the requirement of both the degree and 24 semester hours of business and/or FAC-C or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
5 years Federal Government Contracting experience with the service requirements for this position.
5 years construction contracting experience.
3 years architect-engineer services contracting experience.
Ability to obtain HSPD12 PIV, ethical clearance and any other required clearances.
