Position Details:

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Contract Length: Open
• Location: Remote - Ohio. Must be Licensed and Based in Ohio.

Scope of Work:

1. Complete all tasks timely as assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
2. Possess experience with Ohio real estate contracts; experience with North and South Ohio contracts is a plus.
3. Use only company-approved tools, technology, and communication methods.
4. Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
5. Review all files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
6. Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
7. Support the Broker team to ensure compliance.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
