Position Details

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Contract Length: Open
• Location: Remote - New Jersey. Must be licensed and based in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

1. Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
2. Possess experience with real estate contracts in New Jersey; familiarity with both North and South NJ contracts is a plus.
3. Use only company-approved tools, technology, and communication methods.
4. Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions.
5. Review all files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
6. Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies and provide assistance.
7. Support the Broker team in ensuring compliance.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
