1099 Contractor

Length of Contract: Open

Location: Remote - Massachusetts. MUST be Licensed and Based in the State of Massachusetts to be considered.

Scope of Work:

  1. Timely complete and follow through on all tasks as assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
  2. The candidate must possess experience with real estate contracts within the state of Massachusetts.
  3. Utilize only company-provided tools, technology, and methods of communication with staff and agents.
  4. Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions.
  5. Ensure all files in the Company's Transaction Management System are reviewed timely (within 48 hours).
  6. Effectively and promptly communicate with agents regarding deficiencies in documents, providing explanations and assistance.
  7. Work with the Broker team by supporting efforts to ensure compliance.
  8. Other duties may be assigned.
