Position Details

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Length of Contract: Open
• Location: Remote - Florida (must be licensed and based in Florida)

Responsibilities

1. Complete tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
2. Possess experience with Florida real estate contracts; experience with North and South Florida contracts is a plus.
3. Use provided tools and communication methods.
4. Review contracts for legal and contractual compliance.
5. Review files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
6. Communicate promptly with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
7. Support compliance efforts with the Broker team.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
