Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of post-award contract activities, including award intake, internal dissemination, compliance tracking, and closeout.
• Review government awards, purchase orders, and contract modifications to identify all deliverables, reporting requirements, flow-downs, and compliance obligations.
• Translate contract requirements into internal action items and ensure they are properly entered into our company ERP system.
• Conduct detailed reviews of FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and customer-specific terms and conditions to identify risks, obligations, and required flow-downs.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to all contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain contract summaries, obligation matrices, and compliance checklists.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all contract requirements are understood and executed.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and government reviews by providing accurate contract documentation.
• Identify contractual risks, ambiguities, or inconsistencies and escalator as appropriate.
• Recommend mitigation strategies and support negotiation of modifications or clarifications when needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer contracting officers and subcontract managers on post-award matters.
• Support communication related to deliverables, reporting, funding status, and contract changes.
• Ability to translate contract requirements into actionable internal tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
