Job summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking a Consultant, Clinical Contracts Associate for Medical Devices. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating amendments, coordinating contract/budget emails to sites, and providing ongoing status updates on contract execution within a 12-month contract framework.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of contracts and budgeting experience, a degree in business administration or related field, and familiarity with grant/contract requirements and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of contracts and budgeting experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with redlining and analytical tasks.
• Familiarity with grant and contract requirements and policies.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, GLP and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Creating and negotiating amendments.

• Periodic follow-up with sites.
• Submitting finalized contracts for signatures.
• Scanning fully executed contracts and revised Investigator agreements.
• Uploading documents to electronic trial master file system and maintaining status notes.

• Filing of hard copy contracts.
• Preparing NTA agreement templates and sending to sites.
• Supporting Contracts Manager & Associates on assigned tasks.

Job Duties

• Periodic follow up with sites
• Submitting finalized contracts for signatures
• Scanning of fully executed contracts and revised Investigator agreements
• Uploading of documents to electronic trial master file system and maintaining status notes
• Attending calls and providing regular status updates as required
• Filing of hard copy contracts
• Preparing NTA agreement templates and sending out to sites
• Supporting Contracts Manager & Associates as required on assigned tasks

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in contracts and budgeting
• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent.
• Negotiations/Skills in redlining documents and analytical experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with grant and contract requirements and policies
• Knowledge and understanding of GCP, ICH, GLP and other federal, state, industry rules and regulations governing technical aspects of clinical grants and contracts

Term & Start

• 12 month contract, potential to extend
• Prefer to be based out of Greater Los Angeles, CA, Hennepin County, MN or Greater Dallas, TX
• 4 days onsite with flexibility
