Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking GSCCE Modernization Software Engineers to support the GMM team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This contract assignment involves developing and maintaining software for MILSATCOM ground systems, with a focus on modernization and reliability across the lifecycle.

You'll work with Java, Python, C++, React.js, and related technologies, contribute to security and performance improvements, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver

Qualifications

2+ years software engineering experience (5+ years for Career level).
Experience with web development using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
Experience with RESTful APIs and front-end/back-end integration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive applications using Java, Python, C++, React.js, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
Design, develop, analyze, document, and maintain software systems meeting standards.
Perform code reviews and ensure alignment to requirements and standards.
Monitor test completion, verification, and issue resolution for software systems.
Identify root causes of performance issues and implement solutions.
Develop clean, maintainable code aligned with architecture.
