Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps professional to provide real-time monitoring, incident triage, and secure operations across AWS and EKS platforms. You will drive remediation, automation, and compliant hardening within FedRAMP Moderate guidelines.

The role requires strong Linux expertise, scripting in Bash/Python, and hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows. You will join a rotating schedule supporting high-availability services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, systems administration, or cloud support.
• Solid Linux administration with RHEL, Amazon Linux, and Ubuntu.
• Bash/Python scripting.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS and AWS core services.
• L4/L7 load balancing troubleshooting.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• ChatOps-via-Slack experience.
• US citizenship and residence on US soil.
• Genuine availability for overnight/weekend rotational shifts.
• FedRAMP suitability in a FedRAMP Moderate-authorised environment.

Responsibilities
