This role is focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing Oracle Cloud integrations. You will work with multiple clients to ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of deployed integration solutions, providing technical support and operational enhancements rather than greenfield architecture.

Company Overview

Join a leading global consulting organization committed to driving digital transformation in the manufacturing and consumer goods sectors that specializes in modernizing ERP systems with Oracle Cloud while ensuring financial compliance and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring
  • A customer-first mindset and desire to help enterprise clients succeed with Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and enhancing production-grade Oracle Integration Cloud implementations.
  • A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving in high-pressure support environments.
  • Familiarity with common support workflows, including incident response, RCA documentation, and SLA tracking.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new Oracle Cloud features and apply best practices in a practical context.
Why This Role Matters
As organizations increasingly rely on Oracle Cloud to manage their supply chains and operations, the reliability and performance of their integration environments are mission-critical. This role ensures that existing OIC implementations remain optimized, secure, and scalable—directly enabling real-time business operations, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. Your ability to resolve complex integration issues and improve system resilience has a direct impact on our clients’ success and on our reputation as trusted Oracle Cloud experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions including monitoring, error resolution, and incident management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures across Oracle Fusion SCM, WMS Cloud, Finance, and Manufacturing modules.
  • Maintain and optimize existing integrations, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Serve as the technical support liaison between client business teams and Oracle delivery resources.
  • Analyze integration issues, propose solutions, and implement fixes with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Document integration workflows, maintenance procedures, and known issues for internal and client use.
  • Assist with patch testing, upgrades, and regression testing related to OIC and Oracle Fusion Cloud releases.
  • Support configuration updates and minor enhancements for existing integrations based on evolving business needs.
  • Provide input to technical documentation and operational runbooks to enhance knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with Oracle architects and delivery leads on prioritization of support issues and change requests.
Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Integration technologies , with a strong focus on maintaining production-grade environments, performing proactive health checks, and addressing performance bottlenecks across multiple client landscapes.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , including real-time data integrations, error handling workflows, and patch impact analysis. Capable of performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions in high-pressure SLA-driven environments.
  • Proven experience supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Logistics, and Procurement, through OIC integrations that facilitate end-to-end order flow, shipment tracking, and fulfillment orchestration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client support environments concurrently, including prioritization of incidents, compliance with contractual SLAs, and clear escalation protocols in managed services settings.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems such as EDI platforms, Salesforce, legacy ERPs, and 3PL logistics providers. Familiarity with both batch (FBDI, BIP) and real-time (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven) interfaces.
  • Advanced skills in Oracle REST API and SOAP service consumption , with strong knowledge of OIC monitoring tools, connection agents, adapter configuration, transformation mapping, and integration lifecycle deployment.
  • Experience conducting regression and patch testing to assess Oracle quarterly updates, ensuring backward compatibility, data integrity, and minimal service disruption across existing integrations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices in integration environments, including the use of Git-based version control, automated deployment scripts, and operational runbooks to support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of error alerting and monitoring frameworks in OIC, including the design of custom notifications, automated retries, and centralized logging for traceability and audit support.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear documentation, stakeholder-facing issue summaries , and step-by-step walkthroughs for non-technical business users.
  • Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum delivery models , using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage backlog items, document fixes, and share cross-team knowledge in real time.
Preferred Experience
  • Oracle certifications in OIC and/or SCM.
  • Background in logistics, manufacturing, or retail industries.
  • Experience with data migration and transformation strategies (FBDI, ADFdi, BIP).
  • Integration with on-prem legacy systems and hybrid cloud architectures.
