Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an seasoned CPSO to oversee industrial security for multiple programs with cleared contractor environments. You will ensure personnel security, access management, DD254 compliance, SCIF operations and reporting in line with NISPOM and ICD directives.

The role requires coordinating with government customers, program leadership, and internal teams, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining high standards of discretion and professional judgment in handling classified

Qualifications

• Experience in cleared contractor environments.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs and related directives.
• Experience with SCIFs and secure environments.
• Experience with personnel security and clearance processing.
• Ability to develop SOPs and training materials.
• Experience conducting internal assessments and compliance actions.
• Strong communication with government customers and internal teams.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance and polygraph if required.
