Job summary

ConnectedHealth seeks a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a 36-week contract in Norristown, PA. You will provide therapy, assess communication disorders, and tailor treatment plans within a school setting.

Work collaboratively with educators and families, maintain compliant documentation, and support student learning through effective communication strategies. PA licensure and pediatric SLP experience are required; ASHA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program.
• PA State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist; ASHA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of school-based SLP experience with pediatric disorders.
• Must pass background check, reliable transportation, strong communication, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation per school and state guidelines.
