Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist for a contract position near Palm Springs, CA. You will conduct evaluations, design tailored treatment plans, and lead engaging therapy sessions within a multidisciplinary school team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• CCC‑SLP certificate preferred.
• Experience with pediatric or school‑aged populations highly desired.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Lead therapy sessions with measurable speech‑language goals.
• Monitor and document each student’s progress throughout therapy.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and other professionals for coordinated support.
• Educate and involve families to reinforce progress beyond sessions.
