Job summary

BlazerJobs is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a North Carolina school district on a full-time contract through the end of the school year. Two roles available: elementary K-5 in a traditional setting and a K-12 special education environment.

You will perform direct therapy, assessments, and collaborate with school teams to meet IEP goals. Ideal candidates hold NC SLP license and CCC, prefer school-based experience, and are skilled in AAC and adaptive

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in North Carolina per NC licensure.
• CCC certification required (ASHA-CCC).
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Experience with evaluations and IEP development.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt for AAC and diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions in group and individual formats.
• Monitor progress and collect data to adjust services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists.
• Maintain complete documentation per requirements.
