Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a contract-backfill role near Temecula, CA. You will provide essential psychological services to students, collaborate with a skilled team, and support academic and emotional development within the school setting.

The ideal candidate holds a California School Psychologist license, has experience in schools, and can conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver counseling as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid and current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in California.
• Experience in school settings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavioral, psychological, and educational assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessment tools and techniques.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and behavioral interventions.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents to support student success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and recommendations.
• Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with school policies and state requirements.
• Assist in developing programs to improve student well-being and school climate.
