Key Qualifications
- Valid State of California Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Psychology
- Experience working with diverse student age ranges
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across various locations
- Willingness and ability to travel between school buildings as part of job duties
Primary Responsibilities
- Conducting classroom observations to gather behavioral and academic data
- Completing comprehensive interviews with parents, staff, and students to inform evaluations
- Administering and collecting rating scales to assess student needs
- Assisting in writing detailed psychological reports
- Presenting assessment findings during Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Collaborating with the IEP team to support timely, thorough, and compliant evaluations
