Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Texas license to practice as an SLP required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with school-aged children highly desirable.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings.
• Document progress and prepare detailed reports for parents, staff, and administration.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school professionals to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making.
• Provide education and resources to parents and staff regarding communication disorders.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
