Job summary

Staff Perm seeks a Salesforce Platform Developer for a contract in Richardson, TX. The candidate must have 5–6 years of cross-cloud Salesforce development across Sales, Service, and Experience clouds, plus Platform Developer I, ADM 201, and ADM 211 certifications.

Responsibilities include custom development, integration, automation, and governance to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura components, and CSS, plus REST/SOAP API

Qualifications

5–6 years of Salesforce development across Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.
2+ years development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS.
Hands‑on experience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processes.
Expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and platform best practices.
Experience implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience clouds.
Interpret business requirements and document them for technical story creation.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS.
Implement synchronous and asynchronous processes including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs.
Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for business process automation.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
Apply platform security standards, enforce governance limits, and ensure adherence to best practices for data, code, and integration security.
Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and troubleshoot complex integration scenarios.
Optimize Salesforce performance and maintain scalability while ensuring compliance with Salesforce limits and security standards.
