- Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive business growth
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms

- Experience managing CSO client programs
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing high-performing teams
- Ability to travel for work-related meetings and functions
- Residence near a major airport in the Eastern or Central time zone
