Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner credential.
• Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience required.
• Active BLS certification, ACLS and PALS required.
• BLS through the American Heart Association is required.
• Strong multitasking and computer skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to individual patients following the clinical process.
• Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and maintain equipment.
• Document care and participate in patient/family education.
