Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in BSL-2 laboratory settings.
• Maintain cell culture for multiple cell lines and prepare plates and buffers.
• Order and track chemical/reagent inventory and coordinate equipment repairs.

Responsibilities

• Investigate interactions of foodborne microbes with carbohydrates using various assays.
• Perform literature reviews, write summaries, reports, and protocols for experiments.
• Perform general lab maintenance.
