Iron Mountain is hiring a remote-based high-volume Recruiter who is passionate about placing the right candidate in the right role at the right time. This role offers an opportunity to help build a customer-obsessed culture through hiring specialized frontline, field associates across North America. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 2-3 months.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in full life-cycle recruitment, customer partnerships, and candidate generation. You will work collaboratively in a high-performance environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction for all users.

The candidate must be able to manage a high-volume workload and meet internal capacity needs in a KPI-driven environment. They should enjoy working at a fast pace, think creatively, motivate peers, and demonstrate a contagious work ethic.

  • Manage high-volume candidate pipelines effectively and efficiently.
  • Assess and identify the right talent for various job profiles using strong analytical skills.
  • Build collaborative and consultative relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Lead recruiting initiatives to deliver timely results for internal clients.
  • Bring creative ideas and strategies to improve recruitment processes in a fast-paced, customer-focused culture.
  • Nurture and engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume retail, logistics, operations, or agency environments.
  • Experience managing internal customer relationships across multiple regions and job profiles.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Experience in frontline non-exempt hiring is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
