Job summary

Axogen is seeking a Contract Recruiter to source, screen, schedule, and manage full life cycle recruiting for roles in the life sciences space. The contractor will be paid through a staffing vendor for a minimum of 6 months and may extend.

This role is all about sourcing, screening, scheduling, and managing the full life cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions in the life sciences space. This contractor will be paid through an approved staffing vendor. The assignment will be a minimum of 6 months and could be extended. This person should be local to the Vandalia, OH area, they can work remote, but will need to come into the office from time to time.

• High volume recruiting experience is essential.
• Strong, creative sourcing skills are key!
• You should be comfortable managing candidates and scheduling in our ATS (we use Greenhouse).
• Most importantly, you'll need to provide a positive and respectful candidate experience on behalf of Axogen.

• Sourcing top talent
• Screening and interviewing candidates

• Prospecting for our CRM
• Recruiting event support
• Consulting and communicating with hiring leaders, candidates, and our awesome Axogen team members.
