Form Energy, a leader in multi-day energy storage, is hiring a Contract Technical Recruiter to support Manufacturing, Test, and Operations Engineering. You will own full-cycle recruitment for hardware engineering roles—mechanical, electrical, and testing—while partnering with TA and hiring managers to build a strong pipeline for our high-growth environment.

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for hardware or equipment roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; Ashby experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches at once.

Form Energy is hiring a Contract Technical Recruiter to support our Manufacturing, Test, and Operations Engineering organization as we scale our pioneering multi-day energy storage systems. You'll work alongside our TA team to fill hardware engineering roles across mechanical, electrical, equipment, and test, helping us build the team that will transform America's electric grid.

This is a remote flexible role.

What you'll do:

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; Ashby experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches at once
• A collaborative, flexible approach, comfortable working in a lean team
