Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring a contract Recruiter to impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce transforming how people use energy. You will recruit, advise, and guide qualified candidates through our fast-paced process while representing the CLEAResult brand with integrity.

You will cultivate relationships with managers, optimize recruitment workflows, and leverage market insights to meet complex hiring needs at scale.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to navigate obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms.
• Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
• Affinity for data and understanding labor market trends.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels to deliver exceptional candidates.
• Build the process and continuously improve it to be best in class.
• Advise managers on market trends and recruitment strategies for complex hiring needs at scale.
• Find strongest candidates and manage their hiring experience with passion.
• Represent CLEAResult with integrity, vetting candidates and partnering with vendors.
• Support members of the Recruiting team.
• Collaborate with the People Team to advance our mission.

You will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce that is changing the way people use energy. In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels of the organization, to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies
• Building the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process, while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class
• Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale
• Resiliently focused on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward – then shepherding their hiring experience with the utmost passion and grace
• Representing the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations
• Supporting members of the Recruiting team
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward

Compensation Range

$35 - $45 / hour

DOT Requirements
