CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and directly impact a mission-driven, energy-focused organization. You will advise managers, guide candidates through our recruitment process, and help build a best-in-class talent function at scale.

You will cultivate relationships with managers, optimize our hiring workflow, leverage Workday and Paradox where relevant, and represent the CLEAResult brand with professionalism and empathy, delivering strong hires with a thoughtful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Experience navigating sourcing and recruiting obstacles.
• Ability to quickly learn Workday; Paradox experience is a major differentiator.
• Data-driven approach to hiring and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with managers at multiple levels to fill open vacancies.
• Own the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, continuously improving it.
• Advise leaders on market trends and competitive hiring strategies at scale.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and strong hiring outcomes.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Support the Recruiting team and collaborate with the People Team.

In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels of the organization, to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies
• Building the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process, while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class
• Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale
• Resiliently focused on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward – then shepherding their hiring experience with the utmost passion and grace
• Representing the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations
• Supporting members of the Recruiting team
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward

To this opportunity, you bring…

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience
• A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting
• The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms. Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator
• An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success
• Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends
• The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally

Compensation Range:

$35 - $45 / hour
