Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced clinical recruiter to identify and engage licensed mental health therapists for Lyra’s growing Clinical Provider Network. Contract Recruiters will oversee full-cycle recruitment for defined roles and regions, from outreach through provider evaluation and onboarding.

The recruiter will contribute to positive outcomes for Lyra’s clients and help reshape mental health care delivery by sourcing top talent efficiently and with empathy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in a clinical recruitment role in a healthcare industry, especially recruiting mental health therapists, strongly preferred.
• Passionate about changing the landscape of Behavioral Health
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an outstanding phone presence; excellent influencing and negotiating skills
• Proven record of success; strives for excellence, productivity, and excellence
• Proficient in Recruitment Technology stack, , familiarity with Lever preferred, CRMs, e.g. Salesforce, and customer service platforms, e.g. ZenDesk, and/or HR platforms

Responsibilities

• Recruits mental health providers for specified roles and in specified geographic areas, which may include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, servicing as the provider’s primary point of contact

About the Role

Contract Recruiters will manage the full recruitment process for specified roles, from outreach to provider evaluation.
