Overview

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support fast-paced hiring across multiple departments. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. Experience in biotech or life sciences and comfort in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
  • Utilize sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and facilitate feedback loops.
  • Support offer development, negotiation, and closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Greenhouse required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension).
  • Hours: Full-time or part-time, depending on business needs.
Compensation

The range for this position is $60 - $70/hr. Ranges are determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Salary details are discussed during the hiring process.
