Job summary

RXO, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Contract Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruitment across levels, delivering a positive candidate experience. Role is onsite at HQ with a hybrid schedule (onsite Mon-Thu, remote Fri).

You will partner with management to build pipelines, conduct HR partner meetings, manage offers, and maintain ATS data integrity. Prior sourcing experience and familiarity with Workday are preferred. This is a short-term contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of high-volume sales or professional recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop recruitment strategies, including building pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct regular business and HR partner meetings to educate them on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools.
• Handle offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/rejection; collaborate with business partners on all negotiations.
• Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system.
• Handle interview scheduling and logistics.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to easily identify and source qualified talent through a variety of channels.
• Initiate contact with potential qualified talent for specific positions via direct sourcing.

This position is based onsite at RXO's Charlotte headquarters, located at 11215 N Community House Rd, Charlotte, NC, and follows a hybrid schedule of onsite Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Partner with management to develop recruitment strategies, including building pipelines for current and future needs

At a minimum, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year of high-volume sales or professional recruiting experience

It’d be great if you also have:

• Experience with Workday ATS
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in the transportation, logistics and/or freight brokerage industry
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing strategies, use of LinkedIn, Indeed and other Recruiting tools.

Compensation for this short-term/temporary role will be determined based on experience, scope of work, geographic location, and market conditions. As a temporary position, this role is not eligible for RXO's full-time benefits package. Benefits, if applicable, will be provided in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
