Job summary

We are seeking an Associate-level radiologist for an on-site, contract position in Kentucky to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. You will interpret a broad range of studies and deliver timely reports for referring physicians within a supportive radiology team.

You will collaborate with clinicians, supervise image-guided procedures, and uphold radiation safety standards while contributing to quality assurance and professional development in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
• Completed ACGME Diagnostic Radiology residency.
• Licensed to practice in Kentucky or eligible to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy.
• Provide accurate preliminary and final reports for referring physicians.
• Consult with clinicians regarding imaging findings and follow-up recommendations.
• Perform and supervise image-guided procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
• Maintain thorough patient documentation and records.
• Collaborate with radiologic technologists and staff to optimize workflows.
• Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities.
• Stay current with advancements in radiology and imaging technology.
• Adhere to regulatory and professional standards of medical practice.
