Contract Radiological Applications Consultant

Carestream Health is seeking an experienced Certified Radiologic Technologist (RT, ARRT) to travel to customer sites across the USA, primarily in the Midwest (MO, IL, OH), with flexibility for other locations near major airports.

The role involves 90%+ travel, starting with training in Rochester, NY, and supporting Direct Radiography systems such as DRX-1 Retrofit, Revolution portable, Evolution, and Compass DR systems.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing customer training and system workflow integration.
2. Offering image quality consultation for Carestream Imaging products.
3. Collaborating with clinicians to ensure proper operation of products.

Minimum requirements:

• Radiologic Technologist Degree and ARRT certification in Good Standing.
• At least 3 years of experience in related Radiology disciplines (CT, MR, US, CR, DR, Diagnostic Radiography).
• Knowledge of radiology workflow and departmental operations.
• Ability to travel nearly 100%, with valid driver's license or US Passport for air travel.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office applications.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with Carestream equipment.
• Work in hospital and clinical settings.

Additional details:

• Position is contract-based, with potential for full-time employment if a retirement occurs.
• Pay rate: $40.00/hr - $42.00/hr, approximately 90% travel.
• Training in Rochester, NY, included.
