Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed or in the process of licensure in MD to work in SNF / LTC settings. This contract position follows a 5x8 days schedule and aligns with the organization’s mission and goals.

Required is 1 year of PTA experience with SNF/LTC exposure and a current MD PTA license. Centra offers mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, 401(k) matching, CEU support and licensure reimbursement to eligible providers.
