Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining MO PTA licensure to work in SNF / LTC settings. This is a contract position with a day schedule.

The candidate will be accountable for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, mission and critical goals. The position requires 1 year of PTA experience with SNF/LTC exposure and a current MO PTA license.

• SNF / LTC experience required.
