Qualifications

• Must possess an unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Ability to provide care for various diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups.
• Document treatment recommendations and prescribe medications.
• Perform mental health risk assessments and longitudinal management.
